- Do artificial olive trees look real indoors?
- VERDEA olive trees use handcrafted cast bark taken from real Mediterranean specimens and silvered polyethylene foliage matched to living olive leaves. Under interior lighting they are indistinguishable from a real tree at conversational distance — this is why they are specified by five-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants.
- What is the largest artificial olive tree you make?
- Standard architectural sizes range from 2.5m to 6m. Signature commissions have been engineered up to 7m for hotel atria. Every specimen is height-matched to the ceiling and lighting plan.
- How is a VERDEA olive tree different from a faux olive tree at retail?
- Retail faux olives are polymer moulded around a plastic core, sized for residential rooms and designed for two- to three-year service. VERDEA specimens are architectural: cast bark taken from real trees, internal steel armature, replaceable branch modules, fire-rated foliage and a ten-year finish. They are individually numbered and delivered installed.
- Are they fire-rated?
- Yes. All foliage is rated to EN 13501 Class B and satisfies commercial hospitality, aviation and workplace fire specifications.
- Where do you install indoor olive trees?
- Hotel lobbies, restaurants, executive lounges, corporate atria, luxury residences and retail flagships. Installations are managed globally from studios in Dubai, with delivery and install teams in the UAE, UK and EU.
